Team Management

Invite your team to Affilync and control what each member can access. Team management is available on all plans (member limits vary by plan).

Invite a Team Member

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter the person's email address.
  4. Select a role (see below).
  5. Click Send Invite.

The invitee receives an email and can accept within 7 days. Pending invites appear under the Pending tab.

Roles

RoleDescription
OwnerFull access including billing, team management, and account deletion. One per account.
AdminFull access except billing and ownership transfer. Can manage team members.
ManagerManage campaigns, affiliates, and view analytics. Cannot access billing or team settings.
AnalystView-only access to analytics and reports. Cannot modify campaigns or affiliates.
SupportAccess to affiliate communications and call logs. Cannot modify campaigns.

Change a Member's Role

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Click the three-dot menu next to the member's name.
  3. Select Change Role and pick the new role.
  4. Confirm the change.

Remove a Team Member

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Click the three-dot menu next to the member's name.
  3. Select Remove and confirm.

Removed members lose access immediately. Their past actions remain in the audit log.

Transfer Ownership

Only the current Owner can transfer ownership:

  1. Go to Settings > Team > Transfer Ownership.
  2. Select the new owner (must be an existing Admin).
  3. Confirm with your password and 2FA code.

Audit Log

All team actions are logged under Settings > Audit Log:

  • Who did what, when, and from which IP address.
  • Filter by team member, action type, or date range.
  • Retained for 12 months on Pro plans and above.
