Team Management
Invite your team to Affilync and control what each member can access. Team management is available on all plans (member limits vary by plan).
Invite a Team Member
- Go to Settings > Team.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the person's email address.
- Select a role (see below).
- Click Send Invite.
The invitee receives an email and can accept within 7 days. Pending invites appear under the Pending tab.
Roles
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access including billing, team management, and account deletion. One per account. |
| Admin | Full access except billing and ownership transfer. Can manage team members. |
| Manager | Manage campaigns, affiliates, and view analytics. Cannot access billing or team settings. |
| Analyst | View-only access to analytics and reports. Cannot modify campaigns or affiliates. |
| Support | Access to affiliate communications and call logs. Cannot modify campaigns. |

Change a Member's Role
- Go to Settings > Team.
- Click the three-dot menu next to the member's name.
- Select Change Role and pick the new role.
- Confirm the change.
Remove a Team Member
- Go to Settings > Team.
- Click the three-dot menu next to the member's name.
- Select Remove and confirm.
Removed members lose access immediately. Their past actions remain in the audit log.
Transfer Ownership
Only the current Owner can transfer ownership:
- Go to Settings > Team > Transfer Ownership.
- Select the new owner (must be an existing Admin).
- Confirm with your password and 2FA code.
Audit Log
All team actions are logged under Settings > Audit Log:
- Who did what, when, and from which IP address.
- Filter by team member, action type, or date range.
- Retained for 12 months on Pro plans and above.
