SMS Marketing

SMS Marketing lets you send text-message campaigns straight to the affiliates in your network. Because texts are read quickly and almost always opened, SMS is ideal for time-sensitive announcements — a flash commission boost, a new offer going live, or a reminder before a campaign ends.

Paid feature

SMS Marketing is available on paid plans (Starter and above). Messages are metered against a monthly allowance included with your plan. If a campaign sends beyond that allowance, the additional messages are billed automatically from your account wallet, so a send is never blocked partway through. You can review your current allowance and usage under Settings, or on the SMS usage view in your dashboard.

Create an SMS Campaign

  1. Go to SMS Marketing > SMS Campaigns in your brand dashboard.
  2. Click Create (or New Campaign).
  3. Fill in the campaign details:
FieldDescription
NameInternal name to identify the campaign
MessageThe text your recipients will receive
RecipientsThe affiliates in your network you want to reach
  1. Save the campaign as a draft, or send it right away.

Write with AI

Not sure how to word your message? Use the built-in AI helper to draft SMS copy for you. Give it a short prompt about your offer and it suggests a message you can edit before sending — handy for keeping texts short and punchy.

Estimate Cost Before You Send

Before sending, you can preview an estimate of how many recipients a campaign will reach and what it will cost. This lets you check the size of a send against your monthly allowance before anything goes out.

Send or Schedule

When your campaign is ready:

  • Send now — the campaign goes out to your selected recipients immediately.
  • Schedule — pick a future date and time, and the campaign sends automatically at that moment.

You can also cancel a scheduled campaign before it sends if your plans change.

Track Performance

Each SMS campaign records delivery and engagement details so you can see how your texts performed and improve your next send. A dedicated usage view shows how much of your monthly allowance you've used.

Opt-Outs

Recipients can opt out of your texts at any time by replying with a standard stop keyword (such as STOP). Opt-outs are handled automatically, helping you stay compliant and respect your audience's preferences.

Tips

  • Keep it short — a single, clear call to action works best in a text.
  • Reserve SMS for genuinely time-sensitive or high-value updates so your messages stay welcome.
  • Use the cost estimate to plan sends around your monthly allowance.
  • Always give recipients a reason to act now (a deadline, a bonus, an exclusive).
