Email Marketing

Email Marketing lets you reach the affiliates who promote your brand directly in their inbox. Use it to announce new campaigns, share creatives and commission boosts, recruit partners to a fresh offer, or re-engage affiliates who have gone quiet.

Recipients are drawn from your own affiliate network, so your messages go to partners who already work with you.

Paid feature

Email Marketing is available on paid plans (Starter and above). Email sends are metered against a monthly allowance included with your plan. If you send beyond that allowance, the extra recipients are billed automatically from your account wallet, so a campaign never gets blocked mid-send. You can review your current allowance and usage under Settings.

Create an Email Campaign

  1. Go to Email Marketing > Email Campaigns in your brand dashboard.
  2. Click New Campaign.
  3. Fill in the campaign details:
FieldDescription
NameInternal name to identify the campaign
SubjectThe subject line recipients see in their inbox
ContentThe body of your email
Recipient SegmentWhich affiliates should receive the email (for example, your approved partners)
ScheduleSend now, or pick a future date and time
  1. Save the campaign as a draft, or send it right away.

Templates

To save time, you can start from a reusable email template instead of writing every campaign from scratch. Open the Templates section under Email Marketing to browse and pick a template, then customize the subject and content before sending.

Send or Schedule

When your campaign is ready:

  • Send now — the campaign starts going out to your selected audience immediately.
  • Schedule — choose a future date and time, and the campaign is queued to send automatically.

Before a campaign goes out, the number of recipients is measured against your plan's monthly email allowance. Recipients within your allowance are included; any beyond it are billed from your wallet at your plan's overage rate.

Manage a Sending Campaign

Once a campaign is going out, you stay in control:

ActionWhat it does
PauseStops a sending or scheduled campaign partway through
ResumeRestarts a paused campaign and continues delivering to the remaining recipients
DuplicateCreates a copy of an existing campaign so you can reuse it as a starting point
DeleteRemoves a draft campaign you no longer need

Pausing takes effect quickly, so you can stop a send if you spot a mistake.

Track Performance

Each campaign records how it performed so you can see what resonates with your affiliates and refine your next message.

Tips

  • Keep subject lines short and specific — tell affiliates what's in it for them.
  • Use email to highlight commission boosts, new creatives, or limited-time offers.
  • Schedule sends for when your partners are most likely to be active.
  • Reuse your best-performing campaigns with Duplicate instead of rebuilding them.
