Affilync offers separate subscription ladders for affiliates (Free plus four paid tiers) and brands (three paid tiers), each designed for different growth stages.
Affiliate Plans
Affiliate plans are optimized for content creators, marketers, and agencies building affiliate businesses. The platform is genuinely usable on Free — tracking links, advanced analytics, API access, bulk operations, and webhooks are all included; paid tiers raise quotas and unlock AI content generation, teams, and white-label capabilities.

Affiliate Plan Details:
- Free: Everything you need to start — 500 links, 100K clicks/month, advanced analytics, API access, and a real 100K/month AI-token budget for Ally chat (AI content generation starts at Pro)
- Pro: AI content generation (scripts, campaigns, images) with a 1M token budget and priority support
- Business: Higher caps across the board plus team management (up to 10 members)
- Agency: Agency-scale quotas (20K links, 5M clicks), premium analytics, white-label reports, and a dedicated Slack channel
- Enterprise: The largest quotas, full white-label, 100 seats, and 24/7 support
Every AI tier is a finite metered pool — no plan has unlimited AI tokens.
Brand Plans
Brand plans are built for businesses running pay-per-call, click tracking, and affiliate recruiting. The brand ladder is paid-only.

Brand Plan Details:
- Pro: Call tracking with recording, transcription, DNI, and Ally AI; 10 numbers and 2,000 pooled minutes/month
- Business: Scale tier — 50 numbers, 5,000 minutes, 5M clicks/month
- Enterprise: 500 numbers, 25,000 minutes, premium analytics, white-label, and dedicated 24/7 support
Call minutes are a pooled monthly allowance; usage beyond the pool is billed as metered overage rather than cutting calls off.
Call Center Add-on
Live call-center capability (agents, queues, coaching, softphone, dialer) is a separate add-on on top of any brand plan:

Agent seats beyond the tier's included count are billed at $29/seat/month.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Subscription.
- Click Upgrade next to the desired plan.
- Review the price difference (prorated for the current billing cycle).
- Confirm payment.
Upgrades take effect immediately. New features and limits are available right away.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Subscription.
- Click Change Plan and select a lower tier.
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
If your usage exceeds the new plan's limits, you will be prompted to reduce usage (e.g., deactivate extra tracking numbers) before the downgrade completes.
Billing & Payment
Billing Cycle
- Monthly or annual billing available.
- Annual billing saves 20% on all paid plans.
- Your first charge occurs at signup; subsequent charges occur on the same day each month (or year).
Accepted Payment Methods
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- ACH bank transfer (Business and Enterprise plans only)
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. Contact [email protected].
Failed Payments
If your payment fails:
- We retry 3 times over 7 days.
- If all retries fail, affiliate accounts are downgraded to the Free plan; brand accounts are suspended until payment is updated (the brand ladder has no free tier).
- No data is lost.
Invoices
Go to Settings > Billing > Invoices to view and download past invoices as PDF.
