Affiliate Plans
Affiliate subscription plans are optimized for content creators, marketers, and agencies building affiliate businesses. The full Affilync toolset — AI, API access, advanced analytics, and bulk operations — is available on the Free plan; paid tiers raise your quotas and unlock team, white-label, and agency capabilities.

- Agency: Marketing agencies managing multiple brand clients; unlimited links/clicks/campaigns, white-label reports, and sub-brand management
- Enterprise: Maximum scale with unlimited resources, full white-label, and 24/7 support

Brand Plan Details:
- Free: Try call tracking with 1 tracking number and 50 minutes/month; premium features require upgrade
- Starter: Call tracking essentials for growing brands; up to 500 minutes/month
- Pro: Call recording, transcription, and Ally AI; unlocks advanced analytics
- Business: Unlimited calls, API access, and affiliate marketplace; ideal for recruiting affiliates
- Enterprise: Unlimited everything with dedicated 24/7 support and custom SLA
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Subscription.
- Click Upgrade next to the desired plan.
- Review the price difference (prorated for the current billing cycle).
- Confirm payment.
Upgrades take effect immediately. New features and limits are available right away.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Subscription.
- Click Change Plan and select a lower tier.
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
If your usage exceeds the new plan's limits, you will be prompted to reduce usage (e.g., deactivate extra tracking numbers) before the downgrade completes.
Billing & Payment
Billing Cycle
- Monthly or annual billing available.
- Annual billing saves 20% on all paid plans.
- Your first charge occurs at signup; subsequent charges occur on the same day each month (or year).

- Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- ACH bank transfer (Business and Enterprise plans only)
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. Contact [email protected].
Failed Payments
If your payment fails:
- We retry 3 times over 7 days.
- If all retries fail, your account is downgraded to the Free plan.
- No data is lost.
Invoices
Go to Settings > Billing > Invoices to view and download past invoices as PDF.
