Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Subscription.
- Click Upgrade next to the desired plan.
- Review the price difference (prorated for the current billing cycle).
- Confirm payment.
Upgrades take effect immediately. New features and limits are available right away.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Subscription.
- Click Change Plan and select a lower tier.
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
If your usage exceeds the new plan's limits, you will be prompted to reduce usage (e.g., deactivate extra tracking numbers) before the downgrade completes.
Billing FAQ
When am I charged? On the same day each month (or year for annual plans). Your first charge occurs at signup.
What payment methods are accepted? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and ACH bank transfer (Business and Enterprise).
Can I get a refund? We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. Contact [email protected].
Where can I find invoices? Go to Settings > Billing > Invoices to view and download past invoices as PDF.
What happens if my payment fails? We retry 3 times over 7 days. If payment still fails, your account is downgraded to the Free plan. No data is lost.
