Affiliate Teams

Affiliate teams let you collaborate with other affiliates, share campaigns, and manage sub-affiliates under your account.

Create a Team

1. Go to Teams > Create Team.
2. Enter a team name and optional description.
3. Choose a revenue share model for team members:

Model	Description
Equal split	Commissions split equally among all members
Custom split	You define each member's percentage
Override	You earn an override commission on top of each member's earnings
None	Members earn independently, team is for organization only

4. Click Create.

Invite Members

1. Open your team page at Teams > [Team Name].
2. Click Invite Member.
3. Enter the affiliate's email or Affilync username.
4. Set their role:

Role	Permissions
Leader	Full team management, can invite/remove members and change settings
Manager	Can invite members and view all team analytics
Member	Can view shared campaigns and their own analytics

5. Send the invitation.

Shared Campaigns

When a team leader applies to a campaign, they can make it available to the entire team:

1. Go to Campaigns > [Campaign] > Team Access.
2. Toggle on the teams that should have access.
3. Team members can generate their own tracking links for the shared campaign.

Each member's clicks and conversions are tracked independently, so attribution is always accurate.

Team Analytics

View aggregated team performance under Teams > [Team Name] > Analytics:

• Total team clicks and conversions.
• Per-member breakdown with individual EPC and conversion rates.
• Revenue share calculations showing what each member earns.
• Leaderboard ranking members by performance.

Managing Members

From the team page, you can:

• Change role -- promote or demote a member.
• Adjust revenue share -- modify a member's split percentage.
• Remove member -- revoke team access (their individual links remain active).
• Suspend member -- temporarily disable their team access.

Team Payouts

How payouts work depends on your revenue share model:

• Equal/Custom split: Affilync automatically calculates each member's share. Payouts go directly to each member's payment method.
• Override: Members receive their full commission. You receive an additional override percentage on top.
• None: Each member manages their own earnings independently.
