Affiliate Teams
Affiliate teams let you collaborate with other affiliates and manage team members under your account. Teams are available on Business tier and above.
Create a Team
- Go to Teams > Create Team.
- Enter a team name and optional description.
- Configure your commission split settings for team members (optional).
- Click Create.
Your team is created with you as the owner. You can then invite other affiliates to join.
Invite Members
- Open your team page at Teams > [Team Name].
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the affiliate's email address.
- Set their role:

| Admin | Full team management, can invite/remove members and manage settings |
| Manager | Can invite members and view team analytics |
| Member | Can view team data and generate their own links |
- Send the invitation. The invitee will receive an email with a link to accept.
Team Member Limits by Subscription Tier
Team member capacity depends on your subscription tier:

To add more team members, upgrade your subscription.
Team Member Management
From the team page, you can:
- Change role -- promote or demote a member between Member, Manager, and Admin roles.
- Adjust commission share -- modify a member's earnings share or commission rate.
- Remove member -- revoke team access (their individual affiliate links remain active).
Commission Splits
Configure how earnings are distributed among team members:
- Custom configuration -- Define custom commission rates for each member.
- Each member can have their own commission percentage or fixed rate.
- Payouts go directly to each member's payment method.
Team Analytics
View aggregated team performance under Teams > [Team Name] > Analytics:
- Total team clicks and conversions across all members.
- Per-member breakdown with individual performance metrics.
- Revenue distribution showing what each member earned.
- Member leaderboard ranking members by performance.
Team Payouts
Payouts are calculated based on the commission structure you configured:
- Automatic calculation -- Affilync calculates each member's earnings based on their commission rate.
- Direct payments -- Payouts go directly to each member's connected payment method (Stripe or PayPal).
- Monthly processing -- Team payouts are processed on the same schedule as individual affiliate payouts.
Team Hierarchy
Teams support parent-child relationships for organizing multi-regional or agency-style structures. You can:
- Create sub-teams -- Attach one team to another as a parent.
- View hierarchy -- See the full tree structure of your teams and sub-teams.
- Reparent teams -- Move teams between parents (up to 5 levels deep).
