Analytics Dashboard

Affilync provides real-time analytics with AI-powered insights so you can measure performance and optimize campaigns.

Dashboard Overview

The main dashboard at Analytics > Overview shows:

All widgets support date range selection: today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or a custom range.

Call Analytics

For brands using call tracking, the Analytics > Calls section shows:

  • Call volume over time (hourly, daily, weekly).
  • Average call duration and talk time.
  • First-time vs. repeat callers.
  • Call outcomes: qualified, unqualified, voicemail, abandoned.
  • Call quality metrics: sentiment analysis, transcription insights, lead scoring.
  • AI Caller performance (when enabled): goal completion rate, transfer rate, average handle time.
  • Geographic insights: call distribution by caller location (with Local Presence / Geo-DNI for Business+ tier).

Campaign Performance

View per-campaign metrics under Analytics > Campaigns:

Affiliate Leaderboard

Analytics > Affiliates ranks your affiliates by:

  • Revenue generated
  • Conversion count
  • EPC (earnings per click)
  • Click volume

Filter by campaign, date range, or segment.

AI Insights

Affilync uses machine learning to surface actionable recommendations (available for Pro and higher tiers):

  • Anomaly detection -- alerts when click or conversion patterns deviate from normal.
  • Trend forecasting -- projected revenue for the next 7/30 days.
  • Top-performing creatives -- which campaigns and traffic sources convert best.
  • Optimization suggestions -- recommended actions to improve ROI based on historical patterns.

Find AI insights in the Insights tab on any analytics page.

Exporting Data

Export any report in multiple formats (available for Pro and higher tiers):

  • CSV -- raw data for spreadsheets.
  • PDF -- formatted report with charts.
  • Excel -- spreadsheet format with formulas and formatting.

Click the Export button in the top-right of any analytics view.
