Reviewing Applications

When approval is set to Manual Review:

  1. Go to Affiliates > Pending.
  2. Review the affiliate's profile, audience info, and traffic sources.
  3. Click Approve or Reject (optionally include a message).

Approved affiliates receive an email with access to generate links and creatives.

Affiliate Profiles

Each affiliate profile shows:

  • Contact info -- name, email, website, social handles.
  • Performance stats -- clicks, conversions, revenue, EPC (earnings per click).
  • Active campaigns -- which of your campaigns they are promoting.
  • Payment history -- past payouts and pending earnings.
  • Fraud score -- AI-generated risk assessment (0-100).

Segment & Tag Affiliates

Organize affiliates with tags and segments:

  • Tags: free-form labels (e.g., "top-performer", "PPC", "influencer").
  • Segments: dynamic groups based on rules (e.g., "EPC > $2.00 and clicks > 100/month").

Use segments for targeted communications and tiered commissions.

Communicate with Affiliates

  • Announcements: broadcast messages to all affiliates or a segment.
  • Direct messages: one-on-one chat in the Affilync dashboard.
  • Email notifications: automated emails for new creatives, commission changes, or campaign updates.

Go to Affiliates > Messages to manage communications.

Suspend or Remove Affiliates

If an affiliate violates your terms:

  1. Go to Affiliates > [Name] > Actions.
  2. Choose Suspend (temporary, links stop tracking) or Remove (permanent, links deactivated).
  3. Pending earnings can be held or released at your discretion.

Fraud Protection

Affilync automatically flags suspicious activity:

  • Click flooding or bot traffic.
  • Abnormal conversion rates.
  • Geographic mismatches.
  • Cookie stuffing patterns.

Review flagged affiliates in Affiliates > Fraud Alerts.
